I got to try out my new coat, nice & warm!
School is going well... a bit crazy at times, but wouldn't have it any other way ;-) We've combined the two 2nd grades since Amy has been sick... good times. She's feeling better and hopes to be back next week. Until then, we make life work. This week is short due to Parent/Teacher conferences, a bit of a trade off. We're going to have a Fall/Reading party. Do some things with pumpkins and books, and fall things. A good time will be had by all.
I'm learning more about ... life... hopes for the future, faithfulness, memorizing, and just being. I'm very much a Martha: doer, goer, mover, and not so much a Mary: sitting, enjoying, fellowship focused. It's a switch, it's taking a whole mind and heart change. But good, and growing, and stretching.
